GLYNT.AI Terms of Use

Effective date: October 1, 2026. Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and GLYNT.AI, Inc. (“GLYNT.AI”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of glynt.ai and related pages, content and tools that link to these Terms (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that company.

2. Website, platform and customer agreements

These Terms cover the Website only. Our platform and services are provided under a separate written agreement with each customer, the Master Services Agreement (the “Customer Agreement”). If these Terms conflict with a Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement controls for the platform and services.

Files and data that customers send us for processing (“Customer Files”) are not Website content or Submissions. They are governed by the Customer Agreement and our data processing addendum. We process them on the customer’s behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

The Website is for business use by people aged 18 or older. Do not use it if you are barred from doing so by law, including under U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

4. Accounts and security

Some parts of the Website, such as the customer portal, require an account. Give us accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly at the address in section 21 if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access to protect the Website, other users or our systems, and will tell you why when we reasonably can.

5. Your right to use the Website

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to view and use the Website and its content for your internal business purposes and to evaluate GLYNT.AI. You may print or save copies of pages for those purposes if you keep copyright and trademark notices intact.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • use the Website to harm minors, or to send spam or deceptive messages;
  • copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from Website content, except as section 5 allows;
  • use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated means to access the Website, except standard search-engine indexing that follows our robots.txt rules;
  • use Website content to train, tune or evaluate artificial intelligence models without our written permission
    probe, scan or test the security of the Website, or access it in a way that bypasses access controls, without our written permission;
  • introduce malware or anything else that could disable, overburden or impair the Website;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Website or any software we make available, except where the law allows; or
  • impersonate any person or misstate your affiliation with any person or company.

To report a security vulnerability, contact us at the address in section 21 before disclosing it.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, software, data, designs and the GLYNT.AI name and logo, are owned by GLYNT.AI or our licensors, and protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

GLYNT.AI and our logos are our trademarks. You may not use them, or any confusingly similar mark, without our prior written permission. Other names on the Website belong to their owners.

8. Information on the Website

The Website provides general information about sustainability data, reporting and our products. It is not legal, tax, accounting, audit or financial advice, and does not guarantee that any reporting, assurance or regulatory outcome will be met. Examples, figures and performance statements describe typical or past results. Actual results depend on the quality of the files and information a customer provides. Please get your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

9. Feedback and submissions

If you send us comments, ideas or suggestions about the Website or our products (“Feedback”), you give us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without credit or payment. Feedback is not Customer Files. Do not send us personal information or confidential information through the Website unless we have asked for it. Information you give us through forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party links and copyright complaints

The Website may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control or endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, send a notice that meets 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent at privacy@glynt.ai. We may remove content and end the accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Website and how we use it. It forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Website

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Website at any time. We are not liable to you if we do.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in this section changes the warranties in a Customer Agreement for our platform and services.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GLYNT.AI and its directors, officers, employees and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website, even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Website is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Website in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. A Customer Agreement may set different liability terms for the platform and services.

15. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless GLYNT.AI and its directors, officers, employees and licensors from third-party claims, and related losses, damages and reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful misuse of the Website. We will tell you promptly about any claim, and you may not settle it in a way that binds us without our written consent.

16. Governing law and disputes

Governing law. California law governs these Terms and any dispute relating to them or the Website, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws where you live.

Informal resolution first. Before starting a claim, each of us agrees to send the other a written notice describing the dispute and to try in good faith to settle it for at least 30 days. Send notices to the address in section 21.

Binding arbitration. If a dispute is not settled informally, either of us may require it to be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules in effect at the time, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration will be held in Santa Clara County, California. Claims are brought only on an individual basis, not as a class, collective or representative action. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or ask a court for urgent relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.]

Opt out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing privacy@glynt.ai within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out.

Courts. For any dispute that is not arbitrated, you and GLYNT.AI submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Santa Clara County, California.

A Customer Agreement may set different dispute terms for the platform and services.

17. Time limit for claims

Any claim relating to the Website must be started within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, to the extent the law allows.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will also show a notice on the Website before they take effect. Changes do not apply to a dispute that began before the change. If you keep using the Website after the effective date, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Website.

19. Termination and survival

You may stop using the Website at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we must do so by law, or if we stop offering the Website. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. Sections 7, 9, 13 through 17, 19 and 20 survive termination.

20. General terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any Customer Agreement are the entire agreement between us about their subjects, and replace earlier versions of these Terms.
  • Severability and waiver. If a provision is held unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • No third-party beneficiaries. Except for those named in sections 14 and 15, no one else has rights under these Terms.
  • Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.
  • Export and sanctions. You will not use or export anything from the Website in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.
  • Notices. We may give notice by posting on the Website, or by email to the address on your account. You must give us notice at the address in section 21.
